ARC has been locally owned and operated since May 1994 providing innovative automation, security, and electrical solutions for our customer base throughout the Waikato, Coromandel, Auckland, and Bay of Plenty areas.

We’re currently looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our team starting ASAP.

You will be someone with proven leadership experience that can lead well in our friendly and empowering environment. You will be responsible for ensuring our technicians are well supported and equipped with the knowledge and tools to do their job well.

In this role you will be involved in planning, designing, and quoting technical solutions for our clients across multiple sectors. You will be the key contact person throughout the installation process so it is essential you are able to manage multiple projects at once.

We’re looking for someone who can be adaptable to a client’s changing needs, can relate well to a wide range of people and loves to keep their finger on the pulse.

You’ll also need:

  • Proven experience in audio visual or automation/security systems and/or automatic gates
  • A proven track record of relationship management ensuring the successful outcome of projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Sound technical knowledge

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.
