24-hour alarm monitoring is a security service that we provide to help enable you, as the property owner, to enjoy peace of mind when you are away from your home or business. In the event your security alarm activates or a fault condition occurs our alarm monitoring bureau will promptly phone you, or your nominated representative, enabling you to take immediate and appropriate action to ensure the safety and integrity of your premises.

Our minimum contract period for 24-hour alarm monitoring is three (3) months. It would be our privilege to set this up for you. We do this free of charge for clients when we install a new alarm system for them.

If you are an existing customer and already have an alarm installed, a one-off connection fee of $45.00 plus GST will apply. This is subject to us being able to remotely access your security alarm system from our office via your landline. If however, we cannot remotely access your alarm system then additional charges will apply for us to make a site visit.

If you are not an existing customer but would like us to Monitor your Alarm, then simply call us now and we can arrange for one of our friendly Security Technicians to connect your Security Alarm System to our 24-Hour Alarm Monitoring.
