We were part of the team that built the award winning Waikato 2010 House of the Year. Greg McGovern Construction Ltd won 11 out of a possible 12 category awards including the prestigious PlaceMakers Supreme Award. We installed a range of high-tech electrical systems to ensure the homeowners would enjoy the convenience of their new home now and well into the future.

Apart from the normal power and lighting reticulation, we also custom designed and installed a C-Bus Automation system to control and manage indoor/outdoor lighting as well as integrating it with the security system. Other systems installed by us included an enhanced security alarm system complete with fire detection, structured cabling for communications and AV applications including multi room audio. Installing a comprehensive surge protection system completed this exciting project.
